Aloo Gobi (potato culiflower vegetable mix)

Aloo Gobi

This Recipe is for  6 servings
  •  Cauliflower-------1
  • 3/4 ts Turmeric
  • 4    Potatoes
  • 1 ts Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 c  Oil
  • 3    Tomatoes
  • 1 ts Cumin seeds
  • 1 ts Garam Masala
  • Ginger, fresh, 1″
  • 2 ts Coriander powder
  • 3    Garlic cloves
  
Method
  1. Cut cauliflower into flowerets.  
  2. Cube potatoes. Heat oil and saute cumin seeds for about a minute.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir and add potatoes.
  4. Bhoona, add turmeric and chili powder, and bhoona again. 
  5. Add tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add cauliflower and high heat for about a  minutes. 
  7. Lower heat, cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Curry should be damp-dry.
