Rich Strawberry Ice Cream

  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, stemmed, or 12 oz. Frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tbs. Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbs. Triple Sec, or orange-flavored liqueur
  • dash salt

Preparation Method:-

  1. Place strawberries in a blender or food processor and puree it.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to freeze.
  4. Blend for a few seconds before pouring into the ice cream maker.
  5. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
