Green Chutney

It is used as an accompaniment of various Indian dishes.
Ingredients:
  • Green coriander leaves------------1 cup
  • Green chilli------------------------------2
  • Ginger-------------------------------------1/4 inch
  • Lemon juice-----------------------------2tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method:
Grind coriander leaves, ginger and green chilli together.
If the paste is too thick, add little water.
Then add lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
