GATEAUX MOCHA(coffee flavoured layered cake

hi, friends it seems nobody likes my blog, that's why nobody is turning at my blog. But it dosen't matter to me much. I'm today going to give you a yummy treat and that is gateau mocha. It is a cake yummy and delicious. You must atleast try it once. And here's the recipie.

INGREDIENTS:

• flour- 85 gm
• sugar-85gm
• egg- 3 no
• fat- 30 ml
• vanilla essence- 1/2 teaspoon
• coffee powder- 3 teaspoon
• fresh cream- 250 gm
• roasted crushed cashewnut- 50gm
• sugar- 100 gm( fat creaming)

METHOD:

1. Beat egg and sugar to a uniform composition
2. add 1 tsp of coffee powder to it
3. now add flour to it. Mix it with the help of cut and fold method
4. pour it into greased round cake tin
5. bake at 400 F for 15-20 mins
6. after baking take it out of oven cut it into two slices
7. now soak two slices in moisture mixed with coffee powder
8. Apply freshly beaten cream to the top and sides of the cake
9. Decorate with crushed roasted cashewnut on the sides
10. now form different patterns on the top with piping bag filled with coffee flavoured cream
11. sprinkle a little coffee powder on the cake.
12. refrigerate so that the cream may set.

TIP: -COFEE SHOULD BE SPRINKLED IN A VERY LITTLE AMOUNT, OTHERWISE IT CAN DETERIORATE THE TASTE

-THE ABOVE RECIPIE IS FOR 4 PORTIONS. YOU MAY INCREASE THE AMOUNT AS PER YOUR REQIREMENTS ACCORDINGLY.
